Eating after Sickness

Getting into a fever is one thing and stepping away from it is another. These days of injections cure your fever in a jiffy but your appetite is gone. For almost a week you do not feel like eating. It is just a natural occurrence because the fever however small has slowed down your digestive system. It is even widely believed that your body slows down the digestion because of week energy. Start eating slowly with liquids and soups and gradually add on some vegetables. If you are salad love do not rush in for green vegetables immediately. Do them boiled fully at first, then go for either half cooked or fresh green. Do not worry the appetite will come automatically. But be careful on the oil part and red meat area. Wait unit you gain full energy then go for them – that is you can spend them out with full exercise.
